Terms of Service and Sale
Effective 8 August 2026. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of the Platform. Please read them carefully; by accessing or using the Platform you accept them.
1. Purpose and scope
These Terms of Service and Sale (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the TikiTino platform, available in particular at tikitino.com and tikitino.ma, together with its applications, interfaces, services and associated hardware devices (the "Platform"). They apply to any non-logged-in visitor ("Guest"), any account holder ("User") and any professional using the dedicated spaces ("Organizer", "Host", "Provider" and other professional profiles).
The Platform is a technical intermediation service connecting participants with event organizers, leisure-activity operators and service providers, and offering social, networking, ticketing, access-control and financial-management features.
2. Operator and contact
The Platform is published and operated by SSAM Partners, located at 1001 S Main St, Kalispell, MT, United States (the "Operator", "we"). For any question about these Terms, contact us at admin@tikitino.com.
3. Definitions
- Account: the personal space created by a User to access the services.
- Profile: an identity published on the Platform; an account may hold a visitor (B2C) profile and/or one or more professional (B2B) profiles, each with its own tools.
- Content: any information, text, image, post, comment, review or media shared on the Platform.
- Universal Pass: the identity and access device based on an NFC card and/or a universal QR code.
- Ticket: the named right of access to an event or activity, evidenced by an electronic voucher.
- Wallet: the multi-currency electronic balance associated with a profile, used to collect and settle transactions.
4. Acceptance and changes
Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Certain features (account creation, purchase, activation of the Universal Pass) may require express acceptance. We may amend the Terms at any time; the applicable version is the one in force when you use the Platform. For material changes, we will notify you by appropriate means and, where required, obtain your renewed consent.
5. Access — Guests and Users
Browsing certain public content (event discovery, public pages, general information) is open to Guests. Booking, purchasing, posting content, networking and accessing personal or professional spaces require an Account. You are responsible for having the necessary equipment and connectivity. We strive to keep the Platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. Registration, account and identity verification
Registration requires accurate, up-to-date information, including a valid email address verified by one-time passcode (OTP). A phone number may be added and verified. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your Account. You must have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence or have the authorization of a legal representative.
Certain services (collecting funds, selling, regulated activities) are subject to identity ("KYC") or business ("KYB") verification, which may rely on specialized providers. We may refuse, suspend or limit access in case of inaccurate information, fraud risk or legal requirement.
7. Personal and professional profiles
An Account may hold a visitor profile for personal use (discovery, booking, networking) and, upon activation, one or more professional profiles (event organizer, activity operator, venue, provider, agency, sponsor, etc.). Each professional profile is an autonomous management space and entails its own obligations, in particular regarding compliance, taxation and service quality. Activation of a professional profile may be subject to conditions and checks.
8. Social features, networking and content
The Platform offers a feed, public pages (identified by a "@handle" username), follows, reactions, comments, messaging and professional networking tools. By posting Content, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights and grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt and display that Content solely to operate and promote the Platform, for as long as necessary for those purposes.
You agree not to post Content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights, privacy, intellectual property or public order. We may moderate, restrict or remove any Content and suspend social features in case of breach.
9. Universal Pass — NFC card and universal QR code
The Universal Pass is an identity and access-control device based on an NFC card and/or a universal QR code linked to your profile. It may be used for access to events and activities, for networking (identity sharing) and, where applicable, for associated operations. You are responsible for safeguarding your Universal Pass. In case of loss, theft or unauthorized use, you must report it without delay so it can be deactivated; we implement revocation and access-logging measures for security. The Universal Pass is strictly personal and must not be transferred or lent.
10. Ticketing — events and activities
The Platform enables booking and purchase of tickets for events and activities offered by third-party Organizers and Hosts. Unless stated otherwise, the Operator acts as a technical intermediary and collection agent on behalf of the Organizer or Host, who remains solely responsible for the event or activity, its delivery, content, compliance and relationship with the participant.
Booking constitutes a purchase commitment on the displayed terms (price, taxes, any service fees, categories, time slots, options, access conditions). The ticket is named; it is checked in particular via QR code or Universal Pass. Limits (e.g., a cap on free tickets per person), waitlists and promotional or early-bird pricing may apply. Some activities may require acceptance of waivers or specific Host conditions.
11. Prices, payments and fees
Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your market and include applicable taxes where relevant. Service fees may apply and are displayed before checkout. Payment is made through the offered methods (bank card and partner payment providers). By confirming an order, you authorize the corresponding charge. We may decline or cancel a transaction in case of suspected fraud, non-payment or breach of these Terms.
12. Electronic wallet and financial flows
Each profile may have a multi-currency electronic Wallet recording collection and settlement operations. Amounts collected on behalf of an Organizer or Host may be placed in escrow and released after the event or activity takes place, according to defined settlement rules. Platform commissions, processing fees and any tax withholdings are deducted per the applicable schedule. Payouts to professionals are made through supported payment methods, subject to identity verification and required banking information. The Wallet is not a bank account and does not bear interest.
13. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Tickets and event or leisure-activity services provided on a specific date or during a specific period may, under applicable law, be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Cancellation, postponement and refund conditions are set by the Organizer or Host and displayed before purchase. If an Organizer cancels an event, refunds are handled per those conditions and applicable law. Where the law of your country of residence grants you mandatory, more protective rights, those prevail.
14. Subsidized ticketing (co-payment)
Certain tickets may be partly pre-funded by a sponsor ("co-payment"): the participant then pays only the displayed residual amount. Eligibility and subsidy terms are set by the sponsor and the Organizer. In case of cancellation or refund, the subsidized portion is handled according to the rules of the relevant campaign.
15. Obligations of Organizers, Hosts and Providers
Professionals warrant that they hold the rights, authorizations, licenses and insurance required to deliver their events, activities or services, and undertake to comply with applicable law (safety, public reception, taxation, data protection, protection of minors and consumers). They are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the delivery of their services and the handling of participant requests. They refrain from any unfair, misleading or prohibited competitive practice. The Operator may remove a listing or suspend a profile in case of breach.
16. Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, to harm the security or integrity of the service, to circumvent technical measures, to collect third-party data without a legal basis, to impersonate others, to post prohibited content, to resell tickets in breach of applicable conditions, or to use bots or unauthorized automated means.
17. Intellectual property
The Platform, its trademarks, logos, databases, software and graphic elements are protected and remain the property of the Operator or its partners. Nothing herein grants you any right over these elements other than a personal, limited, non-transferable right of use within the services. User Content remains the property of its authors, subject to the license granted in Section 8.
18. Third-party services and social login
The Platform may offer login via third-party providers (including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Apple) and rely on service providers (payment, identity verification, messaging, mapping). Your use of these services is also governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, linked sites or content that does not originate from us.
19. Electronic communications
By using the Platform, you agree to receive communications necessary to deliver the services (confirmations, tickets, reminders, security notices) by email, WhatsApp or SMS. Marketing communications are subject to your consent and you may opt out at any time without affecting transactional communications.
20. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
21. Warranties and liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Operator does not warrant that the service is error-free or uninterrupted and is not liable for indirect damages or for acts attributable to Organizers, Hosts, Providers, participants or third parties. Where the Operator is liable, its liability is limited to the amount it actually collected in respect of the relevant transaction. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (in particular fraud, gross negligence or harm to personal safety).
22. Force majeure
The Operator shall not be liable for non-performance due to a force-majeure event or a cause beyond its reasonable control.
23. Suspension and termination
You may close your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, security risk or legal requirement. Termination does not affect obligations arising beforehand, in particular financial ones, nor provisions intended to survive (intellectual property, liability, governing law).
24. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the Operator's seat, subject to the mandatory protective provisions you benefit from in your country of habitual residence. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by contacting us at admin@tikitino.com. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts, without prejudice to your right to seize the courts or mediation schemes of your country of residence where the law so requires.
25. General provisions
If any clause is held invalid, the others remain in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable specific conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator.
