Datum des Inkrafttretens : 15/08/2026 Version 2.0 TikiTino SAS

Effective 8 August 2026. This Policy explains what data we process, why, on what legal bases, with whom we share it and what your rights are.

1. Data controller

The controller of data collected via the TikiTino Platform is SSAM Partners, 1001 S Main St, Kalispell, MT, United States. For any data request: admin@tikitino.com.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to Guests (non-logged-in visitors) and logged-in Users, as well as professional profiles, across all services: personal and professional profiles, social and networking features, Universal Pass (NFC card and universal QR code), event and activity ticketing, electronic wallet and account management.

3. Data we collect

  • Account data: last name, first name, email address, phone number (optional), password (stored encrypted), language and preferences.
  • Profile and content data: profile information, avatar, posts, comments, reactions, follows, messages exchanged.
  • Social login: when you use Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit or Apple, we receive the data authorized by the provider (identifier, name, email address where provided, profile picture).
  • Identity verification (KYC/KYB): data required for verification, processed where applicable by a specialized provider; we do not store identity documents on our servers when verification is delegated.
  • Payment and financial data: transaction information, wallet balance, purchase and settlement history. Card data is processed by our payment providers and is not stored by us.
  • Universal Pass and access control: card/QR identifiers, access and usage logs for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Usage and acquisition data: pages viewed, interactions, device, IP address, and "first-touch" attribution data (traffic source, campaign parameters) collected via cookies or similar technologies.
  • Communications: preferences and delivery logs (email, WhatsApp, SMS).
  • Accessibility needs: when you provide them voluntarily, this information is treated as sensitive and handled with enhanced protection, on the basis of your consent.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to: (i) provide and secure the services and perform the contract (account, booking, ticketing, wallet, Universal Pass) — contract performance; (ii) verify identity and prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, anti-money-laundering where applicable) — legal obligation and legitimate interest; (iii) improve the Platform, measure audience and personalize recommendations — legitimate interest or consent; (iv) send you marketing communications — consent; (v) process sensitive accessibility data — explicit consent.

5. Cookies and trackers

We use cookies and similar technologies necessary for the Platform to function and, subject to your choice, audience-measurement and attribution cookies (identifying the registration source). You can set your preferences via the tools provided and your browser settings.

6. Recipients and data sharing

Your data may be shared with: Organizers and Hosts for the events or activities you book, to the extent necessary for delivery (e.g., participant lists); our technical providers (payment, identity verification, hosting, messaging, mapping) acting on our behalf; the social login providers you use; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Providers and processors

We use, among others, providers for payment, transfers, identity verification, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging and SMS, as well as the social login providers listed above. Each acts under its own confidentiality and security commitments, under contract when processing data on our behalf.

8. International transfers

As the Platform operates across several markets (notably Morocco and the United States) and relies on international providers, your data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law.

9. Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary for the described purposes, then in accordance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax) and applicable limitation periods. Account data is retained while the account is active; some data may be retained on a limited basis after closure for legal, evidential or security reasons.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to set directives regarding the fate of your data. To exercise these rights, contact admin@tikitino.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority — in Morocco, the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

11. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption of sensitive data, access control, logging, anti-fraud measures). As no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we strive to maintain a level appropriate to the risks.

12. Minors

The Platform is not intended for persons below the legal age required in their country of residence without the authorization of a legal representative. We do not knowingly collect data from minors outside this framework; where applicable, such data will be deleted.

13. Automated decisions and profiling

We use automated processing to recommend content and events, measure acquisition and prevent fraud. Such processing does not produce legal effects significantly affecting you without human intervention; you may contact us with any question about these mechanisms.

14. Country-specific provisions

Where the law of your country of residence provides specific rights or obligations, those apply. For residents of Morocco, processing complies with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and with CNDP decisions. For residents of the European Economic Area, the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply. Specific notices may supplement this Policy depending on your jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update this Policy. The applicable version is the one published on the Platform; for material changes, we will notify you by appropriate means.
